What happens when I call Novus Insights?
When you call us at (740) 446-9129 you will reach an admissions coordinator that will be ready to assist you with any questions. We’ll start with an initial phone assessment to evaluate the client’s needs and determine the appropriate level of care based on ASAM criteria. If the criteria aren’t met for our services, our treatment team will collaborate with the client to provide referrals to local health agencies, ensuring they receive the support they need.
